REFUND AND/OR RETURNS POLICY

At RXG Creative, we specialize in delivering digital products and creative services, such as web design, social media management, and graphic design packages. Since our products are intangible and delivered in digital format (EPS, PDF, or JPG) via email, our refund and return policy is designed according to the nature of our services.

Refunds and Cancellations

As our products are customized and digital, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns once the final design has been delivered to the client.

However, we consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • If the client has not received the digital product within the agreed timeframe and we have not provided updates or solutions within a reasonable period.

  • If the delivered product contains technical errors that make it unusable and cannot be corrected by our team.

  • If there was a billing error that resulted in an incorrect charge.

To request a refund under these conditions, you must email us at hello@rxgcreative.com with the details of your request within 7 days of product delivery.

Modifications and Revisions

We understand that creative projects may require adjustments. Therefore, we offer revisions based on the purchased plan or service. Any revision request outside the agreed conditions may be subject to an additional cost.

Delivery Guarantee

All digital products purchased from RXG Creative are delivered via email. If the client does not receive their delivery within the established timeframe, they must contact us at hello@rxgcreative.com to resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Client changes their mind after purchase.

  • Lack of use of the purchased service.

  • Modification requests outside the terms of the contracted service.

  • Issues arising from incorrect configurations by the client or incompatibility with external software not specified in our terms.
